9/27: Senate passes a CR containing a Nov. 15 deadline and no language about the ACA

9/28: House passes a CR containing a Dec. 15 deadline and delays the ACA for one year

9/30: Senate passes same “clean” CR as on 9/27

9/30: House passes a CR containing a Dec. 15 deadline and delays the individual mandate for the ACA

9/30: Senate again passes same “clean” CR as on 9/27 and 9/30

A government shutdown is looming unless the House accepts the clean CR.
